Well, the valve is slightly bent. I'll send the head to FM for a new valve and guide. I didn't see any scuffs on the cylinder or damage to the piston. Think it's safe to run the piston?
The heads have been sent to Fuel Moto for surface cleanup and a new valve/spring. They are super responsive and will to a quick turnaround. Hopefully I'll be up and running this weekend!
FuelMoto replaced both valves and springs in the rear head. I guess the exhaust valve hit the intake when it was hung open. They were even going to send me all of the gaskets that I needed, but I already had a set and use a .040 head gasket so I declined the offer. Gotta say though, that's customer service!

Woods Tw777. Nothing crazy. I rarely go over 4500 RPM. Was cruising along at 70 when it broke.
Same goddamn thing happened to me on my 107! 777 cams! Busted valve spring, bent valves. Cylinders fine Cost me $1300 to repair. Pissed me right the f*ck off. Did they say they've never seen a busted valve spring before?

They said a very small hand full break. We are the lucky few.
