Replaced handlebars Now it will not crank?
2017 Street Glide, I replaced stock handlebars with 12" LA Choppers, took apart carefully, only wire I pulled was throttle through bars, used factory extensions to make other wires reach, reassembled and controls are wacko, will not activate fuel pump, will not attempt to crank, right turn signal will not work.....help please.....

Your query is a common one following changing or messing with handlebars. Most likely you have trapped or damaged a wire while refitting the lever/switch assemblies. Check fuses and all your handiwork, to ensure there are no damaged wires or false grounds. As the things you mention are associated with your r/h switches, I suggest you start there. Take the main fuse out, as per your owners manual, before you start work.
