Rear tire and frame changed in 09' ... fuel tank increased from 5.0 gal to 6.0 gal in 08'.

Thanks fella I remember looking into it when I bought mine 2010 ultra but that was a while back the guy looking at a bike is actually my bos,s boss so I don't want to steer him wrong on when they made changes
