Consider a seat mod from Mean City Cycles, a forum sponsor. Talk to Alan, sounds like a super narrow seat mod may be in order. Serious, they know seats! http://www.meancitycycles.com/
I am going to purchase the Harley Jiffy Entension. I really think that should resolve my problem. Ill post back after i get it installed.
Thank you everyone for the help.
I really hope with all of what im doing, i will not have to call MeanCityCycles. But knowing that is an option if this all still doesn't work is comforting. Ive read plenty of testamonies about them. Just trying to avoid a few hundred $$$ on a seat mod, if i dont have to.

+1 on MMC . They did an Awesome job on 2 of my seats.
thanks for the replys guys. that video is sweet, I'll have to see if I can find out how that guy did that. That way neat.
Sorry Im so late with this chat. Im the guy with the mechanical KS mod, that uses what looks like a shifter. I think youve seen my 4 kickstand mod videos . Ill be doing 2 more on the 18 FLHXS I just got recently. To me, the no brainers are cutting down your seat center and sides, but replacing stock foam with high density memory foam. Also, the Fatbaggers Drop Seat kit is the bomb, pricey but loweres you 3 full inches without touching the suspension and lastly the kickstand mod, which Im happy to show you exactly how it was done. Again, sorry Im late to this thread, and maybe you have it figured out already. Im also very short, 55 and have a prosthetic left leg to boot. Cost of parts for the kickstand rig, under $150,and youll need someone whos mechanically inclined to bend some 1/2 rods and fabricate the attachment. Dean
