The breather system is not causing that or both plugs would look the same and I am not sure the breather system could ever put that much oil in the intake that fast anyway.. That is valves seals, plain and simple. Could possibly have one or more valve guides worn also.
Problem becomes, when you pull the heads (do both) its very easy to go ahead and pull the cylinders, as they are loose now, and then you would want to renew the rings, which means most people would want a bore job and new pistons, or just a power hone and new rings. So the low cost valve seals and gaskets can turn into machine work and money. But, you are doing a complete top end which should eliminate any oil problems.
