I have dealt with them many times, and have never had a problem. Whenever I need something, they are one of the first company's I look at.

I have bought a few items from them on ebay and directly since there a few miles away from me and everything was as it should be except for one item from terry fuel products that did not work correctly,I ended up returning that product to terry as per there instructions and had to make too many phone calls plus involve my credit card company to get my money back,I did get the money back but I think it was handled badly.

I have bought my bike from them . I live 20 + miles from them .
When I saw they were selling Harley Davidson batteries ( Cheap, I forget how much )
I drove out there. They give you A Drag Specialties batteries . It was still A great deal .
I have found them to be cheapest, And easy to deal with .
