There are very few optional sizes of rear pulley available. The only change I've made is to drop two teeth at the tranny, which required a change of belt. What would you like to achieve, as there may be another way of doing it?

I have gone from a 66 to a 68 tooth pulley with no belt change but the belt can be a bitch to put back on if things are not lined up just right when replacing a rear wheel, hope this helps. 2007 Road King

Look for a 70 tooth Dyna pulley, now I might be crazy, but it seems like I saw that somewhere a long while back. that would only put you two teeth over, and if the 09 belt is longer than an 07 you might have a chance also look at the softail pulley. Ok I found it for you if it will fit part # 40576-06 SPROCKET, 70 T (BLACK)
40578-06 SPROCKET, 70 T (SILVER)
It should fit because I am running a 137 T 1 inch belt with a 68 T rear pulley, and you are running a 140 T 1 inch belt with a 68 T rear pulley. Don't forget I was running a 137 T 1 inch belt with a 66 t rear pulley. The only thing left for you to research is, if the mounting bolt holes are the same as yours. Oh yeah by the way the pulleys I looked up are for 2006 Dynas If we ever meet you owe me an A&W root beer 20oz LOL
P.S. Oh crap I forgot that you have that rubber thing between your pulley and your wheel. you might have to have an 06 or 07 wheel or hub, and if that is it, by by rubber thingy

I'd be cautious with this! The only time I changed rear gearing, as mentioned earlier, was changing a front pulley from 32T to 30T. Various assurances I read said the original belt would work with two fewer teeth, but not on my bike! I fitted a 2T shorter belt to solve the problem. This query is rather like fitting apes and asking if the stock wiring and cables will work! Some find they will, others find they won't.

Pretty sure there is no bigger or smaller pulley available for the '09up touring rear wheel so, unless ya want to change the wheel, ya need to look at changing the front pulley and/or primary gearing. I find my '09 gearing about perfect but I don't ride two up.
