Where can I get saddlebag/ footrest fringes? Also looking for light rails for rear just like in the 50/60's

Hey Chicago Spike. Have you bought anything from them? I was curious about the ISO grip fringes. I'm interested in the silver/blue ones. Just wondered if you know anything about their quality - cost was $50. Seems a little steep to me.

Thanks, but they have little fringes like for conches and handlebar ends. I'm looking for the full skirt fringes.
