help installing monotubes

Default help installing monotubes

got one side tore apart, putting the monotube in cant get the 6mm bolt to start (it like its to short), when I took all the old parts out theres still a spacer that want come out, does that need to come out or is it beveled?

I haven't installed any mono tubes but, I know there are a lot of videos on youtube addressing this install. You might want to watch a few of them. Perhaps that will help to answer your question.

I did, didn't see anything, well I just took the upper and lower apart, yes theres a beveled piece that goes on the bevel of the shock, it flipped over on me. so if anyone takes theirs apart make sure you keep the upper pressed against the lower to keep it in place.
