Just want say I had very good experience with DK Custom Products. A part was missing from a kit I ordered, contacted them as soon as possible, DK Custom had the "fix" in the mail on 8/18/17 and today, 8/21/17 the parts were received and installed on my touring bike. No down time. Highly recommended.

Also had a problem with something they sell, called and the fix was sent out the same day that I contacted them.

I've always believed it's not if/when a mistake happens, but what the vendor does to fix it.....

DK Products has very good customer service. I had a small issue with a breather system I purchased. They were all over it, problem fixed ASAP, and apologies for the inconvenience... what more could anyone ask for...?
