Both headsets show to be "Enabled" in setup. Can't find any other "Menu". Both the bike and the headset say they are paired, but no sound comes out of Passenger headset.
While enabled & sound is coming from the rider headset, adjust the passenger volume up on the bike & then on the headset. Passenger volume will be adjusted from the front switch of the two switches located on the right rear speaker module.

I also think passenger volume may not be turned up.
I'm using the ones HD is selling. I think they're the same ones you have.
I donât have the HD branded ones. There still isnât a clear answer on audio quality using non HD branded headsets so I am still trying to determine that.
I have the WHIM installed on a 2016 TriGlide, no CB. Used the additional harness as suggested by HD, don't know exactly why because it has the CB connectors and I don't have the CB. I was warned not to use the cable that comes with the WHIM because it's wired for the 2018 models.
Anyway, I did the software update to the WHIM with the laptop and USB. The unit was powered off as required and was recognized by the laptop in Device Manager, updated the firmware OK. Also updated the firmware in the Boom 6.5 to the latest ver 1.21.2.1. Took the trike to the dealer for the reflash to enable the Wireless module, They showed me from the Dig Tech that it shows to be enabled. However, cannot get any prompts in Boom Setup to allow me to pair the Sena 20S to the unit. All cables are connected. Any ideas on what is not happening? Thanks.
