Just installed the new "WHIM" on 2015 Road Glide. Had radio updated and flashed. Rider headset works fine but passenger headset will not produce any sound. Bike and passenger headset says they are linked. Any ideas?

Reason: Spelling
I unpaired both headsets and paired them again in opposite locations. Passenger headset still wouldn't work. Each headset would work when paired to "Rider" but neither would work paired to "Passenger".
No personal experience with the system but from a troubleshooting standpoint if both will pair seperatly with the rider but not the passenger then that indicates to me an issue with the module or the software.
My suggestion would be to double check the install wiring and connections and have it reflashed.
Can the headsets be paired to the passenger without a riders headset being paired?
Both headsets show to be "Enabled" in setup. Can't find any other "Menu". Both the bike and the headset say they are paired, but no sound comes out of Passenger headset.
Always start with the simple things. Update the firmware on the headsets, do a master reset on the headset to erase all traces of former pairings and if none of that works, swap positions with the headsets. If you swap headsets and it still won't connect the passenger, it is obviously a Harley issue.
I installed the module, but my dealer doesn't have the software to flash it yet. I did hear one of the parts guys talking about not being able to get a Sena 20S to connect to the CVO Limited that they had on the floor. I didn't get back there today to see what they figured out.
