I have been riding for many years and want to know what your opinions are for geting bugs off the fairings. I have tried many things but when they get stuck on how do you get them off.
Same way you do your shield- Towells soaked in hot water. Lay them on or sponge on the warm water, let it saok a few minutes and wipe off. NO $$$$$$$$$

H D Bug Remover works very well, melts the residue right off!!I have not tried "Bug Slide" seems to be $$$$$ I saw it at the dealer, supposed to be new?
I second Eyeball, I've found that with only a single or maybe two waxings max per season, and just misting Maquires quick detail now and then than the fairing cleans up pretty well with just old soapy water, larger gut piles may require a little more effort but remember that if the surface they splat onto has a low surface energy (slippery) to begin with the guts have nothing much to bond to.
