What do you think I can get for trading in a 05 Heritage Classic, fuel injected, 4500 miles, pearl white with chrome H-D skull and flames wheels towards a 2007-08 Street Glide?
not sure... but with it 2yrs old..... (ok almost 3) ... You will be probably be 'fortunate' if you get payoff if you are currently financing your '05. Dealership don't care much about how much 'stuff' you have on it.
selling on ebay ... looks like they are around 12k ... so I would subtract from there. hazarding a guess... $9,500 - $10,000?
I would get a trade-in quote from the dealer and go from there. Selling it outright you might get $14000, maybe. On a trade you are more likely to get about $10000.
Four weeks ago I traded in a 05 FatBoy on a new 06 Road King. They gave me 14,500 for the FatBoy in trade. You need also to remember that you are not taxed for the value of your trade..........Baggy
