It’s not a tool bag. Easier to describe it as a folding hex wrench set. Didn’t come with the 17’s.

ok, i get it, stupid answers to a stupid question. i guess the real answer is: it is for a multi-tool. but my 2017 doesnt come with a multi-tool. she wants a water bottle holder??? maybe i'll keep my novus spray bottle in there.....
