I got 12” Motorwitch bars on my 15RGS. I’d say they are the equivalent of 12” Apes. Any taller of a FXR bar and your gonna need to extend the wires just like you would with Apes over 12”
How do you like them? Are they solid like tbars?(assuming you changed the bushings) How tall are you?...didnt have to extend any wires or cables, right?
What I meant in my original question was if 12" apes (motorwitch or any other style that uses the stock riser/clamp) are the same height as 14" Tbars bolted directly to the tree.....basically, if your hands are at the same height being 2" smaller but keeping the stock riser/clamp, which I assume would be around 1-2" tall?
I want apes (motorwitch) that have my hands the same height as my 14" tbars.....Hope that makes sense.

They are a solid 1 piece bar mounted with original clamp, riser, bushings etc. I’ve had 2 other bar setups on this bike and these fit me the best. More narrow position so arms are directly out in front of me. Bike feels and handles better IMO. No wire extensions needed for the 12’s but that’s probably the limit for stock wiring. I’m still even able to run my heated grips with these bars

I mounted my 12” FXR bars with gooden tite poly bushings. Way more solid than rubber. If you want 100% solid like a solid riser, plenty of solid bushings available.

Yeah I used them on my T-bar setup on my 94FXR. Wasn’t necessary for my 15RGS the stockers work just fine
Purple nurple has some power for sure. Now Jack the purple one up like a dirt bike and turn it into a canyon Carver, since you already have the speed aspect covered
