I just picked this 18 Special up a few weeks ago! It was traded in as is minus the D&D Billet Cat exhaust. I plan on changing the handlebars to a Kraus riser and gauge relocation with Dakota Digital Gauges, swapping the Legend Revo A's from my RoadKing and doing the Axeo up front, big bore kit, Saddlemen LS Slim seat and Klock Werks 9 windshield.
2018 FLTRXS
BST Carbon Fiber wheels
Native Customs wide tire front end
Screamin Eagle Heavy Breather D&D Billet Cat
Progressive Monotubes
@Lucky1359 Very nice ride! What gauge bezel do you plan to use with the Dakota gauges? If I remember correctly, the Kraus bezel wont work because the connection point in the rear of the Dakota is different then the OEM. I am not sure if BBP or MJK Performances bezels have the same issue. Good luck with the swap!

Puglia10 it handles like a dream! Effortless turning, it just feels so light between the wheels and fat front!
Blueangel73 I had ordered that setup for a customer and we didn't have any issues with fitment. I haven't decided if I will do the straight or kickback riser yet.
@HD Bobber If it wasnt for the fact that the bike was traded in this way at the dealer I work at I wouldn't own the BST wheels haha. I ordered them a little over a year ago for a customer who sold them to his friend who traded the bike in. There is a motor build in the future but first is a new seat and Kraus riser and handlebar setup. While that gets done I will have my Legend Suspension Axeo's installed.
Anyone know how tall the factory riser on a road glide is? I’m thinking 2” but not sure. I’m thinking the equivalent of 14” tbars bolted directly to the trees would be like a 12” ape with the factory riser....is that correct?
my 14" tbars were perfect so I think 14" apes would be too tall. Gonna try the motorwitch FXR division bars so I dont have to deal with relocating the gauges again.
