I have the Galver floating wave discs in the front with the Brembo M4 calipers and pads with no problems at all. Important though is not to setup the left and right disc symmetrical. Then you get a harmonic balance that you dont want. I do not know if this is helping with your problem, but it is worth checking.
What kind of master cylinder are you running with those M4 Calipers?
The stock one, works perfect. More braking power with less effort because the caliper cup size went from 32mm stock to 34mm M4

On older models you perhaps need to upgrade the master ( as I did with my Dyna) But on my 2019 RKS the combined braking system and ABS changed this and it wasnt needed. The Brembo M4 set I bought at Omniaracing Italie.
