i'm wondering if that's just a Bassani thing

mine did, and I run 13.25"

I just bent the bracket outwards ever so slightly and it now clears ...

I am assuming that you are referring to the muffler bracket under the saddlebag, correct? Is your front end suspension stock length?

i just installed OHLINS 159's with BBP 1" extensions on my bike that has 4" Rineharts. I just used a block of wood and hammer to increase the dent that's in the pipe. Before I did that the axle nut was hitting the pipe. I do like the idea above of adding spacers.

i have the LD seat and just returned from a 2k mile trip. I found the seat to be comfortable up to about 6 hours on it. It's definitely not has comfortable as my old mustang touring seat, but I'd say the looks make up for that 🤣

correct. I shoulda specified. Yes I bend the exhaust bracket outward just a hair on the far end that runs parallel to the swing arm, where the cam bolts on.

I wonder if that could possibly be stressing out other connections in the exhaust system, like maybe at the heads. I am just a bug and over-think these things.

It absolutely does. I had to reweld the mounting tab under the tranny side door cover. Not a big deal or big job, but still a job.

Is anybody aware of a great step-by-step video on Kraus T-Bar installation for a Street Glide?

Here are some pictures of my ride after the upgrades I have done this summer. I'm going to do a full review on the new suspension upgrades when I get a chance. Upgrades are as follows

30mm Ohlins front end 2.5" over from BBP
Ohlins 159 with BBP 1" extension
LD seat
FXR 12" Motorwitch bars
