Dump the hog tunes. Kappas in the front and polk mm652 in the tour pak. The cheaper amps dont kill the FM in the rushmores. If you want to stick to the 300 budget you will be very limited.

Maybe it is out of my budget. I was thinking about hogtunes amp for $400.

I am not going to start chasing speakers. I am not that into it. I put them in cause everyone liked them at the time. Not going to throw another set of speakers in for the same reason.

Also not sure I would bother with rear speakers. Due to Harley vanity and cosmetics, they are in a crappy spot.

JL Audio..., hands down. This may be more than u need so go with the 400/4. Clean Sound. I have it on 2 Hertz 6.5 and 4 Rockford 6x9. Mounts on deck. I have the same radio.

Also is a better radio, better than amp? I got an 07. Maybe not for me either.

I hate my fatcat that burns holes in my jeans, maybe I need to go back to a quiter pipe.

Did you mount that in your fairing? Having a hell of time trying to figure out how to mount it or where in the fairing

I set it on the head unit. It is tight you have to slide it under the wire bundles and back as far as you can. It has been there for over 10k.

Guys don't go cheap on your amp because amps are not the same. Stick with brand names like Focal Sport, Sound Digital and Diamond all good for motorcycle audio high end. Stay away from the low-end stuff.. Make no since to put a $50.00 amp in $30,000 motorcycle
