I replaced the ecm module witha a daytona twin tech, module, coil and spark plugs along with wires, still no spark? Any help would be appreciated, thanks,,,
I don't see a Daytona Twin Tech EFI for a 1999 Harley. They only make them for 2001 up. That may be your first problem.
If it is not. Then first make sure the battery is in good shape. There may be enough power to spin the motor, but not enough to fire the EFI system. Second, check for trouble codes. After that, if the EFI module is correct for your bike it would be a matter of chasing down the circuits. Start with a electrical test.
