Default Air filter element replacement

Hello from Germany,
seven years ago, I bought a Power Package from FuelMoto for my Ultra 09.
This bundle contained a backing plate and an air filter element etc.
Although having maintained the cotton/gauze material with recommended K&N products, the filter element has worn out and I want to replace it.
This turned out the most difficult thing, I`ve ever experienced with my bike.
I corresponded with FuelMoto several times and with J&P Cycles, other manufacturers and online-shops.
Nobody was able to sell me the air filter element, which meets my requirements.
The needed element must be of the following size:

Cone shaped
Base diameter: 6,3 in
Top diameter: 5,5 in
Deep: 3,0 in (see pic 1)
Mounting hole pattern (see pic 2)

Does anybody know a manufacturer, or a shop, where I can get it?
Has anybody bought a Power Package from FuelMoto in 2010 and has got the filter element successfully replaced?

Any help is highly appreciated!

Thank you
Ernest

I do not know if K&N is available in Europe but I imagine they are .Take your measurements to their catalog, you should be able to match it up there.

Looks like a k&n hd0800.
But that model isn’t 3” deep.

Thank you for the suggestions,
but the K&N 0800 is not deep enough causing the base of the filter does not touch the backing plate.
The K&N 3984 is slightly to high and the mounting screws do not catch the threads of the studs.
I have seen other K&Ns on their website, but they have got a different mounting pattern...
It seems, I'm chasing a phantom.

Not necessarily. ..this is where your fabrication skills come in. Get as close as you can and modify as required.

Are you sure it is a K&N filter? It looks like an Arlen Ness Big Sucker element, but AN products are usually stamped with their logo on the faceplate.
