put 150 mile on my roadking today. stopped for a water break and notice a few drops of oil on the ground behind the floorboard ran my hand underneath came out soaked with oil.
i know they dont leak just marking my territory but is this common .
bike has 500 miles. hope it wont taketo long to get an appointment.
EVER USE A DEALER FOR WARRANTY WORK THAT YOU DIDNT BUY THE BIKE FROM .
I would get some rags, or paper towels, and find out where this oil is leaking from.Could be a simple as a loose oil filter or drain plug. There also shouldn't be any problem in dealing with a dealer other than the one you bought from. You certainly can't always be around your home base and enjoy the freedom of the road.
Good luck!
