I am currently running the HD Premium ride hand adjustable touring shocks on my 2009 CVO Road Glide after replacing the OEM air shocks. We are 400# rider/passenger weight combined with a chopped tour pak and I run two up 90% of the time.
Which of the following shocks would you recommend if I was to replace the currents shocks as I still am not happy with the ride.
JRi shocks
EMC shocks
Race Tech
Pro-Action
Super Shox
Progressive

The one you did not list, Ohlins #3-#3 or #6-#6 from Howard.
Almost any aftermarket shocks are better than stock. My research led me to Legend. I liked that I could use a 13” shock but maintain the same ride height as my 12” stockers. The Revo-A’s with rebound damping have been just an awesome upgrade for me. The great reviews and lifetime warranty sealed the deal as did the great responses from Legend to my emailed questions. I did look very closely at the Pro-Action and Howard’s Ohlins too. I don’t think you could go wrong with any of them.
