Just to add, I am not saying they can not be used, or they should not be used, but you should understand what effects they may cause and be able to adjust accordingly.
(BTW, forgot to mention, the ‘09 touring CVO (110 motor) had a CAT in the head pipe for all 50 states.)

Hey Charlie, before you lay down your money, might want to check further on the fitment. My Screaming Eagles bought for an 09 state for 2009 on up. I believe there was a change from 08 and 09. Just so happens I'm in Meridian. If you find that to be true, my set is also for sale if they'll work on your 16. My part number is 80721-09. Call Kylie at High Desert to check fitment.

I just put on a set of Screamin Eagle Street Cannons on my 2003 RoadKing Classic. The part number stated for 2009 and up yet they bolted straight on the old road king. If the rear mounts are in the right place and the inlet diameter is right they will work.
