Finally found my Police Road King I have been looking for and would like to add a tour pack. Its a retired police bike with the solo Air seat. Would love to get a white one (I guess painting it is an option!)
The saddle bags are the original reverse turn Puck covers and would like to keep those on the bike.
Can someone point me in the right direction? looked online but aside from some used police Whelen packs, most do not fit my model or are for bikes with 2 seats.
Any of the Whelen or HD police radio boxes should mount right up and look good. I have a gutted Whelen box on my Road King. I THINK Whelen boxes are only available in black, while HD can be found in white. As you said though, painting is an option. I had to have mine painted. If you are saying you'd rather have a conventional tourpak, I think they'll fit but you might need to use spacers to lift it up so the saddlebag lids will clear.

wow! Looks very nice
The ones I see online have the lights on the back and some have removed the lights.
What did u use to cover the holes?
Can I see a back view?
Thanks
How about this one? Needs work, but the price may be right. I think there are a few floating around on BC's craigslist,Used and Kijiji sites, mounting brackets may take a little bit of creativity though.

I took it to a body shop buddy who filled the holes and painted it for me. Here is the rear view:
I too am in Vancouver and also have recently acquired an '04 ex-RCMP HD. I too wish to do the same thing you are! I've looked at the Whelen boxes but require so much work, AND I want to retain the solo seat.
If ya have any luck, please let me know what you came up with...
