If you added the Harley LED turn signals (#68411-10 front & #68128-10 rear) they do not need a load equalizer... it is built in to the LED signal.
I put a pair, front & rear, on my 2012 Limited (pre- Canbus) and never needed an equalizer. The signals always flashed properly. I believe they were even advertised in the parts catalog back then as not needing an LE.
If you add non HD LEDS, you MAY (usually will) need an LE... to keep them from hyper flashing for reasons described by grbrown...

Ah now things make sense. Did a quick google of those part numbers and that is what I have. So I will get a LE coming. Thank you all for your help. Greatly appreciated.

Theres a way to reset the turn signals to recognize different load, when I first pulled a trailer, after disconnecting it, the turns blinked fast, thinking I lost a bulb. Went through the process and all was right again. So if youre blinking fast check your manual.

You have HD Led turn signals that have a LE built in, so the bike thinks they are standard bulbs.
Now you are putting in that Triple Play unit, and are going to install additional LE?
Did you call the manufacturer of the Triple Play unit?

Built into the LED light unit or added separately, it's there somewhere for a 2010 model.

If you want to get a triple play for your tail light, that is separate from the turn signal LE issue....
To reiterate....
If you have those part numbers installed, and your turn signals blink at the normal rate (not hyper flashing) you WILL NOT need to ad an LE.....

Something no one has mentioned, especially if you are using the CD Smart Triple Play Unit …
Not only do the HD rear LED turn signals have a built-in LE, but once connected, function as run/turn/brake lights.
From the CD instructions
“Important
: This system is designed to work with single
intensity rear turn signals, if you do not have single
intensity rear turn signals do not install this module.
Contact Technical Support.”
The standard turn signal that came with the bike uses two wires to each light, just supplying power for turn signal, thus single intensity.
The HD rear LED has four wires:
(V and BK for turn signal, R/Y for brake, and BE for running.)
Thus they are dual intensity.
I believe you need to call the manufacturer of the Triple Play unit

Just got off the phone with CD and IKnowNot was spot on. I don't need to add anything since my bike already had the coverted LED turn lights and I upgraded to the LED tail/brake light and Tripple Play.. Now next step will be converting tour pack to LED and adding a CD Magic adapter to that. Once again thank all of you for your help and saveing me the money for a load Equalizer...Never though I would actually save money on something for this bike...lol
