I would say yes. But a picture would be nice. There is a slot were your back is on the seat. That is were the bracket would go and the backrest post slide into it. You say stock seat. But a lot of CVO's are different. Which is the reason for the picture.Good luck

no, not with the stock cvo seat.
there is a company that is making backrests that will work with that seat, and it is adjustable back and forward 1 inch.

yep , if you have the 2 piece CVO seat you need the one from CVO backrest
and from what I understand they are making a version for taller riders now too..
I just put one on my bike as I bought a CVO seat.. only got one ride before more snow and salt was dumped.. I need to fine tune adjustment for me
