Default Passenger Backrest '17 Street Glide

Just bought my first touring bike and interested in getting a (detachable) passenger backrest for the rare occasion that the wife or kids go for a ride. Not really sure if they are much different from one to the next, but thought I'd throw the question out there. Are there any major factors to consider? Will be installing the quick disconnect mounts and not interested in replacing the main seat. Thanks.

Price will be a big factor. Cheaper made ones will not have the "Quality" of the HD ones. With that, I have been using a Ghost luggage rack and sissy bar off of the 'Bay on my RGS. No issues in 10,000 miles and my wife loves it. It's also adjustable.

I just got the 4 point docking hardware I bought from ebay for $25 yesterday in the mail. I just couldn't justify spending $189 from HD. Will it be just as good, who knows, but for $25 I'll take my chances. Got the detachable backrest from eBay too for around $50.

Thanks. I was a bit shocked to see the prices on some of these accessories.
