Question Passanger perspective: Comfortable backrest?

im looking for what might be the most comfortable backest from a passengers perspective.

Would Like to also have a sissy bar rack.

Does detachableable mean less secure?

EBay or fav site for accessories?

Thanks for your thoughts!

Detachable should be just as "Secure"
Detachable means somebody can steal It,,unless It's got a lock,,
HD has all that stuff,,
J&P Cycles has a broad selection,,
Drag specialties,,,

Detachable is as secure as solid, just easier to remove. Comfort is more in the seat than the backrest, however, a taller backrest may feel better, or more secure to a passenger.

I bought a "touring bike"...

If it's for your Sporty - not alot of choices for comfort - mostly low bars/pads for added passenger security. If you go w/removeable HD - get the locking mechanism which replaces one of the catches. Has a key so it can't be as easily removed. Good luck w/your search.

53545-95 - Detachable Chrome Sideplates
52739-83 - Low Upright Bar & Shield
52412-79A - Low Back Rest Pad Embossed BAr & Shield Logo
53899-02 - Chrome Sport 4 Bar Luggage Rack

Found an auction for all this at $200. I think I could have made out better if I had more patience, but who knows if i would have ended up with every item I would have picked at retail.

As long as this thing isnt superglued together when I get it im gonna be really excited.

Bought the docking hardware from the dealership, didnt really find any steals on that. (53528-95B w/o saddlebags)
