Where can I find out more about the new #2300 10 row Jagg Oil Cooler and what other parts I need to order with it? I looked on the Jagg site and as you stated, it is not there yet.
I assume I need an adapter and the cooler, maybe the bypass.... anything else?
Just got myJagg low mount 10 row installed. Got them from Shooter64....he will do you right. Send him a PM. Italked toJagg directly before buying and they suggested not going to the added expense of a thermostat. So I just bought the adapter and cooler. Their reason for no thermostat was that it was something else to breakdownand it wasnt that usefullexcept in cooler climates. In NC the weather is normally warm enough the therm would open fairly quickly anywayso I decided to try it that way. Gonna just cover the cooler during cold weather if need be.

Isn't that the one that mounts in the same location as the H-D cooler? How was the install- fairly straightforward? Any problems?

The best way to find out is by calling them direct. I got lucky when I called and got the general manager. Yes you need the adaptor and he talked me out of the bypass. I ordered the anti spin fitting but got frustrated with installing it so gave up. If I have trouble getting the filter off I'll try again. Fairly easy install, just takes time.
Ordered mine from M&M at a good discount. Sent Shooter64 an email and never heard back.
Yea I caught that tip about needing a 7/16", usedthe bolt with 2 nuts trick. Thanks
The ports on my cooler are on the wrong side. Did I get the wrong one? Part # on the box is right.[&:]Box was sealed from the factory.[&:]
Can you take a pic of the cooler installed? It should look just like the one pictured above. If not I would call the part department and then e-mail them a pic so they can replace it with the correct unit. What was the part number on the box? I feel bad they screwed up you order after I told you about them. Let me know and I will help anyway I can.
The install of the Jagg was very easy. You have to remove 5 or 6 allens to disassemble the adapter and then put the pieces back on the eingine one at the time. (only 3 pieces)
The cooler is a very simple two bolt install. They send plenty of hose and the adapter is adjustable to be sure no kinks in hose.
Whole install took about 1 hr.......a real piece of cake.
Put the McEwan oil temp guageon at the same time...Another quality piece. It already has the oil pan adapter so there is no need for bushing and is already wired to use the air temp wiring harness. Just have to run the supplied wire from sensor to guage.A little tight behind fairing metal bracket and guage hole but it works with just a littlepatience.
As noted in this thread. Contact Shooter64 he will take care of you. He responded to me within a couple of hours and provided me with a deal better then anything retail and better then I could find on eBay
This is an honest guy they just wants to help out the forum members!
