Definitely the 17 (If they didn't have the issues with the bikes they do)

Are the upgrades what you would do it was your bike ? I would only include those that I would of done myself, if the bike's are equal to you after, then the newer model has more value How i would look at it

In 2014 we had water leaks, water pumps, this and that and now we hear the same stuff again. It's man made we are gonna have issues and issues solved. If you want the 17 go for it and don't look back. My 18 runs perfect, and I do mean perfect no need to add anything .And if it has a issue it's gonna get fixed with oem parts or aftermarket. I didn't worry years ago I 'm not worried now.

I go with the 16 or 17 before the orange. That color IMO would wear thin with me real quick. What it lasted 1 year and was gone?

Leaning towards the 17 if for no other reason, resale. By judging the responses, if I were listing it for sale I'd have a better chance of getting interest.

In a few years the majority of used bikes will be M8's. Twinkies will be devalued like the Evos were way back. They will have their diehards like every engine family does, but they won't bring as much money. All this coming from a 2015 SGS owner...

No brainer to me - '17. Looks like the '17 also has a complete stage 1 already. Good for miles of smiles!
