Best value is #3. I believe the 2011 have the 103 motor in it. If u walked up with 9k cash I don’t think he’d turn down money......
Good luck

One of the 2011's . Main reason the new frame.
You did not say if they 2011's were RG or RGU. In 2011 the 103 was standard on the RGU. Difference in value between Rg and RGU.
Became standard in 2012 on all the touring bikes.
The 2011 with new frame has larger tires that fit the weight of the bike better. You get a lot more miles out of them. Number 3 sounds like a winner . I would check once again who did the work.
The 2008 is a no go from the start.
I had a 2011 RGU totaled it was a great ride.

If I read that correctly the motor work on #3 is just the addition of the Stage II with the 255's and stage one parts all done by the dealer. I would definitely go that route. Bigger frame, less miles, that cam in the 103 when tuned properly is a decent package.

Not sure where you are located but the weather will start to break soon and people will start to get itchy. Where I am from that is not a bad price for the #3 RG.

#1 may look like the cheapest way out but unless the bottom end has been redone you would eat up that savings in a rebuild pretty quickly not to mention bearings in other areas, swing arm bushing, drive belt, motor mounts.... etc...

Go for number three IMO. The bike should serve you well. You may have a little wiggle room on the price. I am bias toward the RG . Made the move in 2007 to a RG, 2011 RGU, 2013 RGU ,2016 RGU now a 2017 RGU looked at a bat wing again but that was all looked at it and Purchased another RGU.
On the RGU keep a real windshield on it. The stock RGU one or something about the same . Them shorties just don't cut it.
What ever route you go enjoy your new ride.

II'd go with number 2 after buying an 11 RGU with a stage 4 abortion. Never buy a done up motor. Saying a dealership did the work is irrelevant. That does not automatically mean it was done right. Mine was to the point I traded it in 11 months later. See my thread in bad dealers. All work done by one mechanic and Battlefield Harley. They may be selling it because it isn't right. That's why mine ended up at the dealer.

Stay away for the 08. 11 was when they put in the hydraulic cam chain tensioners. Loved the 11. Not that way it ran.

I've been known to be wrong before. But from what I've been told. 11 they were stock. When I bought the 11 I asked about them because of the mileage that was on it when I bought it used.

Done with our weather yet? More snow Wednesday.
