Had them on my 07, loved them. Slash cuts, just fit the bike right!

Rush used to ( maybe they still do ) offer free packing ... just pay shipping.

I picked up a 2006 RK that has a set of Rush! I have never heard of them before I bought this bike! All I can say is they are Awesome! Great sound not over the top but when you roll the throttle people will know you there! They are the touring slip on slash cut with 2.0 baffles! You will really like the Rush!

I have Rush pipes, had them since my bike was new. I absolutely love them. Great sound, not too loud and not too quiet. Just right.

Also, there are different diameter baffles available for the Rush. I've always used the loudest 2.5 baffles, and it's just a real nice bagger rumble. If they're not loud enough, get a bigger diameter baffle. If it's TOO loud (which I'm sure it won't be!) then go down to 1.75 or 2.0. After about 1000 or 1500 miles with a new baffle, the packing burns off a little, and they get louder. Go 2.5. Nobody who rides behind me ever had a problem. They say it sounds great.

I picked up a set of new Big Louies few years back for the 2012 Ultra (stock header pipes). The Rush's sounded like ****- kinda like someone farting into a pillow. No other way to describe it.

It kinda floored me as I'd read such good reviews on them everywhere (just like in this thread)....I sold them but am still confused at that outcome. I'm wondering if I was shipped pipes w/ quiet baffles. At that, they weren't just quieter, they just sounded like crap. Dunno. The rear had a little crossbar inside (for carrying the pipe) so I'm unclear how one would even remove the baffle to replace it w/ that there.

Run VH now....always had good luck w/ those.

That crossover pipe is attached to the baffle. It's what you grab with the vice grips to twist and yank the f$&ker out when repacking.

Just rode with my Louie's today. Sound like crap. Time to repack.

Picked up the mufflers yesterday. They were in like new condition. Even the baffle bolt was clean. No rust. Should have them mounted this weekend.
