After reading all the reviews I’m thinking of switching to c and c Low pro or Fastback. I’ve emailed twice and can’t get a response. Want to make sure comfort is still there and adjustable back rest would still work. Also how passenger comfort is but don’t have passenger often.
Any help is appreciated. Just looking for lower height to get off and on with backrest on.
I used to call them and got quick answers.............as I remember, there are two guys working this operation and if they spend too much time on their email, seats wont get made
Try to call .......I loved mine, but it's so subjective. Firm, for sure....put me back and down for sure. But that was a C&C Solo with backrest. I loved it on my streetglide
As others have stated, seat comfort is subjective. What some consider as being the best in the world, others hate. I have a C&C that I'm still breaking in. It seems to get better every ride. Not sure if the seat is changing or if I'm changing? As far as their customer service goes, I ordered my seat, and this wasn't one they had sitting on the shelf, and it was shipped the day after I ordered it. Can't speak for the passenger comfort yet.
My daughter reports that the C&C Passenger pillion is not as comfortable as the passenger seat of my modified Sundowner. That is to be expected. I would like to get a C&C pillion that matches the comfort of the Sundowner, but I don't think it's going to happen.
I just ordered a Fastback from them yesterday. I got a recording when i called, it said the phones were down. I emailed them at CCSEATS@SBCGLOBAL.NET and got a response within a day or so. There are literally millions of options of materials, patterns, stitching colors, etc. So the more details you have figured out, the faster the process will be. I think Shad was the name of the person i was dealing with. He was super helpful and patient while I worked out all of the details, emailing back and forth over a few days but got it ordered!
