Hi. I have a 2016 road King and the speedo reflects back onto the windscreen. Its especially annoying at night. Right in my line of sight. I have a shorter windscreen that I look over but I switch out to the stock wind screen sometimes, thats when it is the worst. I have a visor on the speedo that helps block some of it but not all of it. Thought about tinting the speedo. Any suggestions? Thanks!
Anyhow, since you've already got a shroud, the likes of an extension are probably necessary. Tape and cardboard should let you figure it out, and then you could make a pretty one.

When I first read your post my first smart azz thought was to turn the Speedo around and call the reflection a HUD...
Serious question though, would changing the backlighting in the Speedo to something like red or blue help?
Or many make/rig a dimmer on the Speedo light.
Don't really know, just wondering out loud.

I have the same thing on my '12 RK. I think I just got used to it.
This. I just look through mine. You might be able to tint the speedo glass with some 50% nickel tint to help reduce that glare. That's the tint I have on my windshield of my cars and truck and it does a real good job cutting down the glare from oncoming headlights.
