Cool Sputtering around..

I have a 2004 FLHTCUI with a big bore 95", .510 cam stage 3 setup with a balanced welded crank, PC5 w/an auto tuner. It's been running strong. I did an oil change and some other annual maint. stuff. Test drove it it was running strong. Then, I sprayed a few shots (3) of brake cleaning into the throttle body to remove any gum or crap inside while I cleaned and re-oiled the air filter. I went for a ride the following day and it starts sputtering around like it's not not burning fuel. If I gently roll the throttle up to 2-2.5k RPM, in neutral on the stand, it's starts revving and dieing, revving and dieing. It never stalls out, but seems like it could if I weren't operating the throttle. I limped over the the local HD dealer where the tech put it on the computer and it showed a problem with the CPS. He wasn't sure if the PC5 affected that or if that P55Pt was an old d-code. As he went through the speedo diag's, it didn't make sense to him...He's an experienced tech, too. He asked me to limp it back home, let it idle for a while to see if it cleared itself up. I also changed the map several times, and temporarily disconnected the PC5. Next day, same thing. Any thoughts and suggestions are appreciated. Thank you.

IAC dirty? Pull your Air Cleaner again and check to see if the IAC is clean. Use a lint-free tipped “Q-tip” type swab to remove crud. Not sure if brake cleaner is good for the IAC. There’s specific IAC-type cleaner you should use. Good luck!

Could be the mass air sensor?

I appreciate you guys taking a look, thinking about it and offering suggestions. My issue has been resolved. As it turned out, it was the Crank Position Sensor. The issue was completely coincidental to the the annual maint. stuff and spraying of brake cleaner into the throttle body. A pin on the CPS came loose where it attaches proximate to the voltage regulator. Super simple fix. Cost me $60 for 1/2 hour of a tech's time at the dealership...and a 6-pack of 805 beer.
