SENA smh10 here. Zero complaints. Its a little outdated now (think they're up to 30 now) But still works great. 80mph phonecalls like Im sitting at my desk.

 

Sena 20S. I've used mine for 2.5 years with 0 issues. I ride in the rain, snow (don't ask), lots of hours on and working. When I take calls, people have no idea that I am on the bike. The quality of the mic is great. Music plays through speakers and cuts when you talk to other people and then jumps back up when you stop talking. Settings can be adjusted from your phone. The wheel and buttons are easy to operate through heavy gloves. I can't recommend it enough.
