What color is this? 2011 Electra Glide Police

What color is this? 2011 Electra Glide Police
Recently picked up a 2011 Electra Glide from the Denver Police Dept. I need to put a new front fender on and can't for the life of me figure out what color it is. I would describe it as a dark teal pearl, sprayed over top of the silver metallic base coat. It shows as a dark blue when in the shade but a strong tint of green in the sun.
I can see that HD had a "Cool Blue Pearl" in 2011 but it looks to be more of an actual light blue. Any help would be appreciated. Pics below.

I think Midnight or Dark Blue?
