But the reality is that Fuelmoto seems to be what most forum members use for purchase and support because they send the unit out ready to go with description of bike that you give them.
I bought a power commander II many many many years ago for my bike from someplace else and then i had to come-up with my own programming.
You have a brand new motor with a fancy open air box and i wonder if they changed the CAM in the motor...either way, consider protecting the motor with a good fuel adder.

The service book has ONE chapter on fuel injection.
That one chapter will educate you on the M & M system.
It is a very simple system.
Unfortunately most folks refuse to read that one chapter and the techs are no different...why read the chapter when they see one bike every few years.
To a young tech it is kinda sorta like looking at a carb. & the younger techs rarely see a carb either.
Again, a reliable system who's common problems and repairs are well known and documented.
If you are not a DIY, still get the service book and read the one chapter.
You will learn how to read computer trouble codes with NO tools just by following a sequence.
The simple tools, the service book and this forum will save you a lot of money and keep you rolling on a reliable motorcycle.
The link i gave you to research parts will help you identify part names, part numbers and part cost.
Even if you do not want to touch tools at least you will have the knowledge to tell the mechanic what exactly needs to be done and will have a general idea of parts cost..
About the weirdest tool is a T27 bit...a torx #27 bit available from Lowes or Home depot...one that is in a socket would be nicer, so about a $10 investment.
Most kits do not bring that size of torx and many folks strip the torx bolt by using the incorrect T25.
for example:
