ABS delete
Im sure there are a lot of shops that would turn it down. I just bought a new WWW for my RKC and three HD dealers turned me down on installing it due to liability concerns. I had the wheel off the bike. Cant figure where their liability is but that is what they told me. Must have snowflake ownership, or just getting even with me for saving money buying my tire from someone else
Not sure if HD ABS is tied into the bike's brain, cars and trucks are.

I support, not encourage, anyone wanting to bypass the hd pre-rushmore abs pos. Mine failed a few years ago. A friend with a DT fixed it and kept cost down.
The pos abs diags test electrical only.. Leave the wheel sensors installed and the abs light will go out. Even without the abs hcu module. The pos hd diags have no clue what the abs hcu module is doing. Even when the abs module fails and locks up either the front or rear brake, the abs diags pass. I rode the bike 30 miles with rear brake only, locked up abs hcu on the front brake, and abs diagnostics informed me all is well.
Yes, I repeat, its a pos...
I ask because my brother has a 2012 Electra Glide Police Special he bought new and it was not recalled. I'm thinking HD prolly upgraded the build quality of the ABS unit itself.

The small line in the red box replaces both of the ABS lines above it.
The ABS module is under the seat behind the passenger side trim panel.
Front lines are at the rear of the module and the rear lines are at the front of the module.
You will have to remove the fuel tank and dismantle the nacelle to remove the old ABS lines.
The ABS brake lines run under the fuel tank and along side the backbone in retaining tabs.
Take a picture of your lines before you start taking it all apart so you can route the new lines properly and place zip ties where they should be.
Both front ABS lines run through the nacelle.
The ABS brake line comes up on the driver side between the forks.
The non-ABS brake line assembly comes up on the passenger side between the forks.
Brake light switch has to be properly aligned with the master cylinder/brake lever assembly or your brake lights will always be on.
I plugged the ABS module where I removed the ABS lines, and that seems to have done the trick, I don't have an ABS light on anymore. The non-ABS line comes up through the forks into the nacelle from the passenger side, which is opposite from the ABS line. You brake lights should work fine so long as you don't pull the master cylinder, if you do you will need to make sure the master cylinder/lever assembly is lined up right with the brake light switch that is part of the right hand control assembly. I bled the brakes using a syringe forcing fluid from the calipers up through the master cylinder. Everything is back together and working perfectly. The non-ABS brake line assembly is about $95, you will also need to order extra banjo bolt copper washers. All DONE!
