Default Shorten windscreen
Has anyone cut down their windscreen Mine is on a 2012 ultra it is 10 inch would like shorter.

Why not just buy one from LRS around 50$ on sale all the time and much better than OEM; If you do cut it tape it on both side to help eliminate cracking.

Long ride shields, google them. Great product at a great price, just takes some time to get to you, they make to order.

Careful how much you cut it: you could wind up with a lot of head buffeting from air turbulence hitting your helmet.

I just ordered the 7 inch mine was 10 and I got no air.

yes. Masking tape, scribed an arc with a sharpie, cut with a fine toothed jigsaw, sanded smooth.

total job was less than half an hour.

I ordered a short one and will use the tall one in cold weather.
