Hey, hoping someone can assist. I have a 2012 FLHTP that when I bought it had an ignition switch that never really locks. I can have the barrel positioned to lock, turn the fork and push down on the cap but still be able to pull up the cap and turn the switch and drive away...never turning the key in the barrel switch. That's the first issue.
Second is now, I am getting a loud ping as I turn the **** to the fork lock position and from time to time when turning to ignition not all accessories power up (the cigarette lighter plug, for example). anyone know what that might be? Should I replace the whole switch housing or something else?
