Because of my time constraint w/ leaving on my work trip this week I dont think I'm going to be able to pick up this bike.
The gentleman is located about 25 miles south of chicago in Frankfort. I have no problem sharing deals with guys on this board -- hell i like looking for good deals on bikes. I'm the type of guy, i do business on a handshake... and you treat me right, and i'll treat you right
the bike was advertised for sale for over$16,000.... he got tired of trying to sell it and i told him i would give him an envelope full of cash.... and he said he would take $14,000 if i have cash... i told him he could keep his yellow jack that he was giving w/ the bike and i would give hime $13,700 --- I GUESS CASH TALKS
Last week i found an 05 ultra w/9000 miles on it, and a 95" kit... for $14,500 and it had a 1 year warranty -- it was only 3 hours away in NJ -- i shoulda bought it
I'm really looking to buy an 06 street glide and then put an ultra toupak and lowers on it... so i guess thats why i havent pulled the trigger yet...... this will be a 2nd bike for me, so i can be picky at this time.... i still have my rk to ride... the biggest reason i want a 2nd bike is so that my brother n law can ride w/ me... right now he rides a hayabusa that i sold him just 2 weeks ago -- and he cant ride for more than 45 mins before he has to get off and stretch and get gas it seems
