I've recently purchased a ROKFORM cell phone mount and phone case . Thus far I'm very happy and trust me when i say I've got a small collection of cell phone mounts.. I've got 10 different ones if i've got 1 ... But go to there web site not thru harley or another dealer (no offence Harley) but you'll save a buck for sure !
I use the Kuryakan Fairing Tech Mount.
Attaches to the fairing so it doesn't take up space on your handlebars.
I've used it for a couple years with no problems.
Hold my Samsung Galaxy S7 nicely.
I use a RAM X mount with no complaints besides that its kind big and ugly.
Id like to find on that goes above the two gauges on a road glide. Seems like a perfect spot that wouldnt block much.
I use the inside pocket of my jacket, after I shut the phone off. I figure there is enough people playing with their phones while driving in cars. Do we really need that while riding a motorcycle?
I got one off amazon that has the rubber stretchy thing that hooks onto the back of mount and the corners of the rubber goes around each corner of the phone!
In happy with my rokform case and perch mount. I run 14"apes and this keeps my phone right within my view. Plus the rokform cases are magnetized so I can put the phone on the bike while watching youtube and trying to figure out whatever I'm doing when wrenching on the bike.
I've got the Rokform on my Dyna and. I'll be getting one of my "new to me" RGU. Extremely secure phone mount.
