Default Trip Reset Button Not Working

I have a 2013 RGU with almost 60k on her.

My trip reset button just last weekend stopped working. I hit it clear my mileage on fill up and it would not clear or move to next screen.
Later while riding and hitting it, it did move to the next screen and eventually back to the main odometer screen and will not move from there.
Now when the fuel light comes on it does show the how far can you go screen.

Has anyone else had this happen to them?

Thank for any input.

Take the dash panel off of the tank and make sure the button connection hasn't come loose and the connections don't have any corrosion or rust build up.

the button is cheap and easy to replace... when mine went bad, it was like it was stuck pressed so when i started my bike, it would go into diagnostic mode.

Hi,
I have the same problem (the button doesn’t work, but sometimes works and get the bike into Diag mode).

On the picture you hav posted, which part is the replacement button?: is it No.10 or No.11 ?

Thanks in advance!

#10 is the switch. #11 is the rubber button cover.

I replaced one once pretty easy if you can solder.
