Thanks for the recommendations.
Tried all the above and still no luck.
Reset the canon plugs to throttle body, sensor and ECM. Also pulled the 40AMP fuse.
Unable to clear codes from either the bike or the FP3 app.

If the plate isn't moving with ignition on then it says to replace the module.

Close to 15,000 miles now and it hasn't gone into limp mode again.
