Question USB 2.0 or 3

I have googled this but thought to ask here - is the USB in an Ultra USB 2.0 or 3 - as its not blue and my 3.0 stick never works, I am assuming 2

Thoughts?

Here is the link for the Boom Manual:

The picture shows it is USB 2.0. I have been able to read a USB 3.0 formatted FAT32 and NTFS. Both flash drives are 64gb.

Whenever possible use USB 3.0 but only if your computer is capable of it, older comps are 2.0. USB 3.0 will allow faster write speeds helps with loading to your Boombox 6.5.

It's read speed will be at 2.0 speeds regardless of whether he uses a 2.0 or 3.0 compatible USB device; the radio hardware is 2.0 & that's the speed of the interface.
