Clean your IAC. 07's are well known for this fouling up. Remove your air breather and have a look in the throat of the fuel injection unit. Spray some MAP sensor cleaner in the little port while cycling the ignition on and off. I do mine twice a year.
On my 2007 FLTR I do it every spring, that's usually enough. At the first sign of idle problems, I do it again. Easy to clean. I use Q-tips to get into the nooks and cranny's.

In addition to the fuel filter, which probably is due for a change depending on mileage/kilometers or a hole in the internal tank fuel line, it could very well be the fuel line from the tank to the throttle body. If it shows wear like the photo below, on the fitting that goes into the tank, replace it as it is shutting off the fuel flow through the one way valve mounted at the tank.
