Dead battery
Look at your fuse block and check behind each fuse and relay for moister or corrison.

Never replace a dead battery without having your charging system checked or a milliamperes draw test. You may be replacing a component due to another system failure ... in other words your repairing a symptom failure not the cause.
agree....check charging system, and see if there are any open draws on your system. sure, you may turn everything off when you shut down, but there may be a short someplace or something pulling draw off battery.

You can use a Battery Tender this will help keep your battery charged when not in use, but it sound like you already have some charging issues get your charging system checked out that were your problem is. Ride Sake Ride Alot

Charge battery. Load test recommended. If OK, properly install battery on bike.
Remove maxi fuse.
Connect known good digital meter, observe volt reading. If steady, proceed. If not, check battery.
Reinstall maxi fuse. Volts dropping? Proceed.
Pull fuses one at a time, looking for the problem circuit causing the drain.
Fix or replace culprit.
